OFF PREMISE SERVICE STAFF
At Joe Leone’s Catering our services extend beyond the menu. We offer highly trained service staff to help you thoroughly enjoy your next catered affair. Our staff members perform to Joe Leone’s high standards with the utmost attention to detail and quality. Services available include:
- Event Rental Set-up
- Butlered Hors’ d’ouevres
- Buffet Line Attendants
- Kitchen Attendants
- Action Station Attendants
- Coffee Service
- Complete Event Clean-Up
- China & Glassware Service
- Bartending
- Additional Services available upon request include but not limited to:
rental equipment (ie: tents, linens, tables, chairs, and dinnerware) ice sculptures, and display props.
Our catering office will help you determine the amount of staff required for your event. The cost is $30 per server per hour. A minimum reservation of four (4) hours per staff member applies. A $120 deposit per server is required to reserve service staff. Customer has up to 5 days prior to event to cancel staff without penalty. Cancellation within five (5) days prior will result in forfeiture of deposit. Additional charges apply for staffing on major holidays.
Service staff attire consists of two choices:
- Formal- Black pants, green vest, Joe Leone’s tie and Joe Leone’s nametag
- Casual- White polo shirt with Joe Leone’s logo, black pants, and Joe Leone’s nametag
Service staff will come equipped with kits providing necessary tools to effectively and efficiently service your event. These kits are required by Joe Leone’s Catering to ensure the trade mark high level service our customers have come to expect. Charges for necessary kits will be reflected on your invoice.
Joe Leone’s Catering reserves the right to decline service staff to any events at the discretion of management. Events with guests in excess of 80 persons may require a site survey of the venue by the event planner accompanied by a lead server. Fees apply contingent on the scope of the event.
