CASA BREADS: A round Italian loaf also known as a panelle bread. With a soft, dense inside and crunchy crust, the casa is very popular for sliced bread sandwiches. Casa breads are also perfect to make bread bowls for dips and soups. We are happy to machine-slice casa breads for you. Casa breads are available in a large white 3-lb. loaf, and smaller 1-lb. white, semolina, and whole wheat loaves. Small white and semolina casas are available with and without seeds. SPLIT LOAVES: A long wide loaf characterized by its split down the middle, which is a result of being gently scored before baking. With a thick crust and substantial width, split breads are very popular for subs and to dunk in your favorite soup or pasta sauce. We are happy to hand- or machine-slice split breads for you, as well as use them to make gourmet subs. They are available in white or semolina, with or without seeds, and whole wheat. LONG LOAVES: Resemble French baguettes. Perfect for making garlic bread and sandwiches, long breads have a moderate crust and a light, airy texture inside. We are happy to hand- or machine-slice long breads for you, as well as use them to make a gourmet sub. They are available in white or semolina, with or without seeds. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
BRAIDED LOAVES: Similar in texture and size to the split loaves, braided loaves are also great for dunking in soup or pasta sauce. We are happy to hand- or machine-slice braided loaves for you. Braided breads are available in white or semolina, with or without seeds. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
CIABATTA LOAVES: One of our newest Italian breads. Available in 3-lb rectangular loaves. Ciabatta breads have a very thick, crunchy crust dusted with white flour, and are very light and airy inside. Perfect to accompany a gourmet meal, to make toast, or to build the perfect sandwich. We are happy to machine-slice ciabatta breads for you. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
RAISIN-WALNUT LOAVES: Our raisin-walnut breads are made with a whole wheat base, and come in the 2-lb size. They are perfect for making traditional toast or French toast. We are happy to machine slice walnut-raisin loaves for you. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
BLACK AND GREEN OLIVE BREADS: Our olive breads are also made with a whole-wheat base. Perfect to serve with a salad or antipasto, our olive bread is loaded with sliced black and green Italian olives. Joe Leone's olive breads are available in 1- and 3-lb loaves. We are happy to machine-slice the black and green olive breads for you. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
FOCACCIA BREADS: Focaccia breads are made with semolina flour that is brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with Italian herbs before baking. Available in 9" round and 4"round sizes, they are used for our most popular sandwiches. A thick soft bread, it is also delicious sliced thin and toasted (Genoa toast). Use Genoa toast as an accompaniment for dips, cheese spreads, and antipasto platters. We are happy to machine-slice focaccia breads for you, as well as make a custom gourmet sandwich. STUFFED BREADS AND MINI PIZZAS: One of our signature breads. Different varieties of meats, vegetables, and cheeses are rolled in our homemade pizza dough and baked. Available varieties: pepperoni and mozzarella; sausage, peppers, onion and mozzarella; broccoli rabe and mozzarella; cheddar and broccoli; spinach and mozzarella; sausage and provolone; eggplant and mozzarella; and antipasto (ham, salami, sliced olives, and mozzarella). Our mini pizzas are made with our homemade marinara, and are available in plain, pepperoni, and eggplant. AVAILABLE EVERY DAY.
